- International Missionary Department - It is the mission of the International Missionary Department of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ to do a more effective work for the Lord. Its commitment is to constantly strive to serve the Lord and one another in holiness, loyal dedication to the word of God, through prayer, fasting, witnessing, consecration, sacrifice, and love.
- International Women's Council - The International Women's Council (IWC) is composed of all women who are members of any legally constituted local church in COOLJC. Missionaries and non-Missionaries are a part of this auxiliary. Ministers and Deacons Wives and non-Ministers and non-Deacons Wives are a part of this auxiliary.
- International Congress - The International Congress is designed to provide the collaborative structure for the coordination and administration of the joint Sunday School and Armor Bearers Young Peoples Union (ABYPU) programs and activities. The Congress provides training for current and potential leaders as well as develops the total person which enhances Christian Fellowship and commitment to Christ. All members of the Sunday School and ABYPU are members of the International Congress working together to achieve the mission of the International church (COOLJC).
- International Board of Bishops - International Board of Bishops of the Church of Our The purpose of the Board of Bishops is to facilitate the work of the toal ministry of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ (COOLJC) of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. through the concerted efforts and cooperation of all Bishops of the Church of the COOLJC. This shall be accomplished through meetings, classes, seminars, publications, and any other means that will lend itself to this purpose. The Board of Bishops make appointments and set up committees to carry out duties as need arise.
- International Board of Presbyters - The International Board of Presbyters (IBOP) was organized in 1974 and is the largest ecclesiastical body of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. (COOLJC) . The purpose of this organization is to facilitate the work of the total ministry of the parent body through the concerted efforts and cooperation of its membership. This shall be accomplished through meetings, classes, seminars, publications and any other means that will lend itself to this purpose. Membership in this organization consists of District Elders, Elders, Pastors, and Licensed Ministers in good standing according to the rules of conduct as prescribed in the Discipline Book of COOLJC.
- Armor Bearers Young People's Union - Founded in 1922, the Armor Bearers Young Peoples Union (ABYPU) is the third oldest union of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. Our goal is to promote the spiritual growth and heighten devotion of children, youth, and young adults between the ages of 5-35.
- International Sunday School Department -
- W. L. Bonner College - W. L. Bonner College was established in 1995, the reality of a dream envisioned in 1945. The initial purpose of the school was to prepare pastors, ministers and missionaries of the churches in the organization to perpetuate its educational and evangelistic ministries. The college now enrolls students, regardless of their denomination.
